Ask a Question
I find the result that providing free mosquito nets was more effective than charging a small amount puzzling. There is earlier research done by psychologists that found that people valued something more if they paid for it. Is there research that shows how well the netting was looked after when it was available free?

I think the disconnect is that you're talking about p(bed nets are used | bed nets were acquired for free) vs. p(bed nets are used | bed nets were acquired at a cost) - the psychology studies would suggest that the latter would be higher. However, the video is talking about p(bed nets are acquired).
