The "grow food" policy has delivered disproportionate benefits to rich Saudis, i.e., princes ARE the farm lobby. Note that production is shifting form wheat to alfalfa (http://www.aguanomics.com/2012/06/when-rivers-run-dry-review.html), so now there's "Saudi milk."
